What information do I need to collect together before signing up?
The minimum information we need to set up your website is as follows:
- Logo artwork file (jpeg or png format)
- About page text
- Product list - Needs to be supplied in a csv, xlsx, or text file (Example CSV file)
- Product images
- Hero image
- Opening Times
- Delivery schedule and suburbs that will delivering to.
What included in the set up fee?
The setup fee includes, deploying your website, adding your business information like contact details and about page, configuring the website appearance to align with your brand, an importing your product range into the system and setting up your delivery schedule and locations.
It does not include product images or copywriting.
Do I need to sign a contract?
There are no contracts to sign during the sign up process, you will just need to agree to our Terms of Service. All out plans can be cancelled at any time.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes, we do offer yearly plans at about 20% off the monthly plan cost.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change plans at any point.
Do I nee my own Ssl certificate?
No, one your website is ready to go, we will add your domain to the our SSL certificates.

All our plans can payed for via Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards.

No, we focus our attention providing a quality and secure website platform for customers.

Yes, absolutely. One of our main ambitions was to allow small businesses to build their brand under their domain name and not screwed over by third party market places.

No, Seedling Commerce is a hosted platform, so we host and manage all the software and security.
